Skills: I have extensive experience in initiating, managing, and coordinating research projects related to forced migration, integration, and social transformation. My current PhD project explores the shifting family dynamics of Syrian refugees in Germany and is based on long-term qualitative fieldwork. I have been actively involved in academic administration and research funding processes, including drafting proposals, managing timelines, and coordinating with universities and funding bodies. As a scientific associate and member of the Refugee Advisory Board in Germany, I contribute to the evaluation of integration strategies and advise on inclusive policy development. Additionally, I have developed and implemented educational formats and public engagement projects that bridge academic research and social impact. My interdisciplinary background in cultural and social sciences allows me to work across sectors and bring in innovative project ideas focused on participation, storytelling, and policy relevance.
