-RiGeV - Racism in HealthCare. A collaborative project on racism in healthcare, funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space. We explored the perspectives of patients, healthcare professionals, healthcare facilities, and leadership personnel using a multiperspective mixed-methods approach. Based on these findings, we are developing recommendations for action to reduce racism. I am currently developing ideas for a follow-up project.
-Healthcare Provision Following Experienced Domestic Violence using an intersectional approach (likely to commence in October)
-Poverty and Health. I am currently conducting a teaching research project focused on the daily lives of impoverished people. Additionally, the aim is to sensitize students so that they develop greater empathy towards impoverished people and can engage with them beyond hegemonic discourses.
