Rovena Troplini Vangjel is an Associate Professor and leads the Finance and Accounting Department at "Aleksandër Moisiu" University, coordinating projects for various research infrastructures and managing research, funding, and project evaluations in finance and sustainable practices. Her work includes visualization research on financial development and literacy, comparative studies in the Balkans, and leadership in international conferences. She is currently involved in a circular economy field focusing on hazardous goods transport in the Western Balkans through applications for Horizon EUROPE (2025) with UAMD. Supported by the Transport Community Secretariat, her work aligns with Albanian Railways and EU rail innovation programs.
