Skills: Reinhilde Pulinx holds a combined PhD in Literature and Gender & Diversity Studies (University of Ghent, Belgium). She has extensive experience in qualitative research (observational methods, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions, video observation and discourse analysis). She conducted research on school careers of pupils with a migration background, social networks of highly educated newcomers, poverty and social exclusion in pre-primary education and social cohesion in SO. She is currently researching multilingualism in SO, hidden curriculum and micro-aggression in higher education.
