Skills: Prof. (FH) Dr. Tassilo Pellegrini (born 1974) studied International Trade at the University of Linz, followed by Communication Science and Political Science at the University of Salzburg and University of Málaga. Since end of 2012 he is professor at the University of Applied Sciences in St. Pölten. He is member of the International Network for Information Ethics (INIE), the African Network of Information Ethics (ANIE) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Publizistik und Kommunikationswissenschaft (DGPUK). Tassilo Pellegrini has done extensive research on semantic technologies and the Semantic Web and its appropriation for ecodesign and eco-governance. He is co-founder of the Semantic Web Company in Vienna, co-founder and permanent board member of the annual SEMANTICS conference series founded in 2005 and product owner of the DALICC framework, an open source solution for automated license clearance.
