assurance model in education and training in alignment with the EQAVET Framework promoted by this
Agency. Researcher at RESILIENCE – Center for Regional Resilience and Sustainability, at the Polytechnic
Institute of Setubal. Its research areas are Human Resources Management, Strategic Human Resources
Management, High Performance Work Practices, Conflict Management, Organizational Commitment,
Organizational Citizenship Behaviors, Resilience, Career Calling, Workaholism, Workforce Sustainability.
Published several books and several articles in indexed specialized journals, in book chapters and in
scientific event proceedings. Member of scientific committees for several national and international events
and indexed journals. He has participated in several funded and unfunded national and international
research projects, such as: Diagnosis of Qualifications and Skills Needs and update of the National
Qualifications Catalog (Business Services); RETFOP Project – Revitalization of Technical and Professional
Education in Angola: Design of professional qualifications for the Angolan National Qualifications Catalog (
