I am currently involved in the Climate Smart Chef project, focusing on food system sustainability and aligning with the Nordic Nutrition Recommendations. Additionally, I work as a researcher on two national projects promoting plant-based food. My current project ideas and funding opportunities are centered around implementing nutrition recommendations and enhancing sustainability. We are also developing a network to compare the Nordic diet with the Mediterranean diet. I am also a programme coordinator in hospitality management programme.
