V-model for technology competencies
The V-Model provides an overview of the technological competences of healthcare professionals. The model distinguishes between basic and advanced competences. According to this model, every healthcare professional should master the five basic competences (change, find, confidence, skilled use and explain). In addition, there are healthcare professionals with a focus on technology, or pioneers, who also master the six in-depth competences (taking the lead, active immersion, connect, inform, improve and replace).
