Lotte Ovaere has been associated with the UCLL Smart Organizations expertise center since 2015. She obtained a PhD in environmental economics from the KUL (2013) and has many years of experience with cost-benefit studies and economic analyzes in various research projects, with a focus on health economics. She has been involved in SROI studies in the social sector in Belgium, in circular entrepreneurship in Flanders and in Innovation and Entrepreneurship projects on a European level (EINS and Accelerate Future HEI).
