Interdisciplinary educational background (Mg.art., Mg.eoc., Ph.D. in media and communication) and research experience - cultural heritage usage in tourism, audience engagement in cultural institutions, specifically in museums. There has always been a sustained interest in higher education in tourism and the transformation of higher education. Recent project and research experience involves strengthening citizen science in academia. Lately, most of the projects and research are related to promoting multi-use packaging and pro-environmental recycling behavior, sustainable tourism development, and studies of tourists' & consumers' behavior and finding ways to transform behaviors & organizations to become more environmentally friendly. There is some experience in quantitative research, but mainly in qualitative research.
