The research interests are in the field of multimedia databases, image processing, dynamic textures, smart cities, mobile applications, internet of thinks, e-learning, multimedia and web technologies, audio and video production.
Since 1997 was been involved in more than 32 international projects (Tempus, Phare, Socrates, Leonardo da Vinci, Lifelong Learning, FP6, ERASMUS+, etc.), especially in the field of multimedia, e-learning and lifelong learning. My list of publications includes 6 books and over 58 papers in journals or presented at various international conferences.
